The facility is under construction and the realised part...

The facility is under construction and the realised part already requires some Make up. Bedsheet were dirty at our arrival. The private beach is full of plastic trash, they should clean the beach appropriately.

Comfortable hotel

Very comfortable rooms- lovely bed. Pool area was nice with direct access to a small beach.

Staff not very friendly particularly in reception. Quite a way out of Labuan Bajo. Breakfast was very limited and basic.

What was the highlight of Laprima Hotel Flores

Ok for a couple of days.

Great views over the islands from a Seaview room. Beautiful pool and lounge under the palm trees. Breakfast ok and lovely outlook. Good sized room and modern bathroom. Reception staff helpful organising quick departure when flight changed. Airport pickup and drop off. Ok for a couple of days but don’t plan a long resort holiday here.

Trying to be a really nice resort but missing it. It is a ‘modern’ building (ie no local character) but seemed very worn and beaten up for such a nice property that can’t be that old. Restaurant and pool staff very indifferent. Hard to find pool towels sometimes. Beach is full of rubbish and can’t really swim there. Only 1 km from town but they charge 50k IDR for drop off and pickup. Just grab a passing ojek motorbike ‘taxi’ and negotiate to 10k. Go for a cheaper place in town, or go way out of town to a nicer beach.

Sunset and ocean view from room.

Dirty floor in the room (after cleaning it was even dirtier than before) , black mould in the shower, dirty walls with bruises, hairs in beds, cushions on chairs dirty with many stains . Photos on booking were taken years ago from now. Staff were polite but pushy and incompetent.

Nice rooms, with a nice sea view.

Nice rooms, with a nice sea view. Pool was nice, but alot of shade.

Bad breakfast. They also run out of alot of things if you try to eat lunch or dinner there, and tell you after 15mins that they dont have it after all (happened twice). Forgot the taxi we booked the day before.

Arrivals and check in was a disaster , front desk agent was rude and keep give an attitude even after the check in - that was last time he will ever see me , how can an hotel employee such individuals

What was the highlight of Laprima Hotel Flores

Nice ish stay but probably wouldn’t return apart from for the view!

The breakfast was good, if you got there before the food ran out (even though it apparently is open until 11) minimal food was available at 10am. The location was good, and the bed was comfortable. The view was amazing! Staff were friendly and rectified any mistakes that were brought to their attention. The free water and juice was a nice touch in the reception.

The sound travels a lot in the whole hotel, could hear staff all the way down the corridor from our room. The bath towels on the first day had a strong scent of cigarette smoke, as non smokers this was not particularly pleasant. The bathroom also was not cleaned to a good standard, the smell of drains was quite promenant. I have to say for the amount of money the room cost, I would have expected a lot better facilities. Bearing in mind a few nights before we had spent not even half the price and had a better stay.

What was the highlight of Laprima Hotel Flores

There is a pier for diving boats.

The transfer from the airport was not organized by the hotel despite of agreement, so we had to use taxi to get the hotel. We arrived at 10am and were not settled in the room till 2pm, because "our rooms were cleaned" . When finally we got them, we saw dust on all surfaces, stains from juice on the tables, no hangers. The furniture and the room in general looked shabby and dilapidated. There was smell of sewage on the 8th floor where we were living. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, for some reason there are no eggs in any forms. The hotel is nominated as four star, but in fact it is not. The territory near the sea was not cleaned. Outside the hotel on the beach there’s generally garbage. The big issue for the personal, that there is no shift transfer. In the evening before leaving we asked women on the reception about transfer to the airport for 6-15 am. But the "morning" reception guy was not aware about this request. Finally we left the hotel at 6-30 (the flight was at 8-10).

Overpriced much like all hotels in Labuan Bajo and tired with no atmosphere.

The View of the harbour is the hotels saving grace.

Breakfast was not good, poor selection and cheap products. Staff trying to give worst rooms (lowest floor, closest to noisy area, door to another room where you can hear people snoring). Noise from construction on the hotels property was intolerable and unacceptable. Had that been advertised I wouldn't have stayed there. Guests round the pool are basically on a building site. They shouldn't charge that amount of money whilst not facilitating a peaceful environment.

Hotel with unrealised potential

View was great Location was tranquil with convenience store just next to hotel, 10-minute walk to the town center. Some of the staff were friendly and very responsive to our requests.

Breakfast lacks variety. Hot and cold staff service Presence of critters in the dining and room area.
